Here's the focaccia recipe I was talking about! it's been a while since I successfully made it- I think the yeast I have in my fridge might be dead, because the last few times I tried it didn't rise properly- but it's a great, easy recipe. I love covering it in as much basil and rosemary as I have, and it's definitly one where you can play around with what ingredients you add on top. I essentially used it to make a pizza one time. Here's a fried rice recipe I use all the time! I love fried rice, it's one of those dishes where you can just add in whatever you've got in the fridge. Have green onions? Toss 'em in! Carrots? Go for it! Leftover chicken or beef or any kind of meat from the night before? Perfect!!! I love it. I'll note that I haven't made the chicken marinade in this post before, but I'll bet it goes great! Fried Rice
